Columbia Garden Residences is a joint project of Zeta Corporation and Cybelean Properties, two of the group of companies founded by Col. Juan R. Zapanta.

The building is fully finished and ready for occupancy. Since then, some units have been sold and many are currently being leased.

Three- bedroom, two-bedroom and one-bedroom units remain available. Prospective buyers and lesses are welcome to view the units anytime between 9am and 9pm on any day.
