The
prices listed in the table are inclusive of the 12% VAT but exclusive
of documentary stamps, transfer tax and registration fees.
The monthly rentals, whether for a furnished (Frn.) or an unfurnished
(Unf.) Unit, are inclusive of the 12% VAT and of the maintenance
fees.
All prices and rentals are subject to change without notice.
The units have a maximum allowable occupancy of 2 persons per BR,
with the maid's room (of a 2BR or a 3BR unit) counted as a separate
BR. Thus, a 1BR Unit (which has no maid's room) has a maximum allowable
occupancy of 2 persons; a 2BR Unit (which has a maid's room), 6
persons, including 2 domestic helpers; and a 3BR Unit (which also
has a maid's room), 8 persons, including 2 domestic helpers.
